During my recent two-night stay at Seehotel Boutique Jaegerhof-Hubertus, I was pleasantly surprised despite some uneven reviews I came across. The hotel, nestled beautifully beside the lake, offered a picturesque setting, especially during the heat wave. Our dining experience was quite memorable. The restaurant showcased impressive culinary innovation with a menu that was both creative and reflective of the local flavors. Breakfast, while more than adequate, featured fresh ingredients that made every bite enjoyable. The bar/lounge area added to the ambiance, providing a relaxing spot to unwind after the days’ activities. I did find the lack of evening service and snacks a bit limiting. While the interior decor leans heavily into a hunting theme, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. If you're a foodie and appreciate scenic views, this hotel could serve as a unique getaway worth considering.
